NESC Publishes Its Statement of Strategy for 2025-2028

Today NESC is publishing its new Strategy Statement for 2025-2028 – click here to take a look!

Work began on this Statement of Strategy in 2024, with an aim to targeting challenges in key areas and making our work processes as smooth, efficient and effective as possible. It was informed by feedback from both the analyst team and corporate affairs, and outlines our organisation’s overall mission and vision, as well as the 4 strategic outcomes that will be guiding our work programme over the next 4 years.

The Outcomes focus on reframing & refreshing current policy options, supporting longer-term planning, facilitating policymaking and societal engagement across the policy system, and achieving the highest standards of organisational performance. By following these Outcomes, we will ensure that NESC delivers on its mission and vision to the best of its ability.
